Parking and security

Resident parking

Parking stalls and private storage areas are assigned to each strata lot number as limited common property. That means the designated parking stall and assigned storage area are for the exclusive use of the strata lot owner. Residents are reminded the City of Burnaby Fire Department conducts spot inspections of all buildings and will ticket; then fine the strata corporation if residents fail to keep their parking stalls clear of personal property over and above two (2) bicycles and one small collapsible shopping cart. Parking stalls must not contain cardboard boxes or containers of flammable material such as motor oil or gasoline.
